Co-Founder
Isaac Adjina Tetteh is a passionate agripreneur, climate advocate, and the Co-Founder and Deputy CEO of Extech Agricultural Services. He also serves as the CEO of Greenfields Agro Limited, where he spearheads operations in organic vegetable production and climate-smart agriculture. With a strong focus on sustainable farming and youth empowerment, Isaac plays a critical role in stakeholder engagement, advocacy, team leadership, and capacity building within the agribusiness space. Through his leadership, Extech has expanded its reach and impact in promoting agroecological practices in Ghana.
Currently pursuing a Bachelor of Technology in Electrical and Electronic Engineering at Takoradi Technical University, Isaac combines his technical knowledge with his passion for agriculture. His academic background is complemented by practical experience gained through internships at Twifo Oil Palm Plantation, AngloGold Ashanti, and Power Solutions Engineering Works, where he specialized in electrical maintenance, instrumentation, and industrial installations. He is also proficient in data analysis tools like Power BI, web development, and digital design, which he uses to enhance agribusiness visibility and efficiency.
Beyond his professional and academic endeavors, Isaac is actively involved in youth leadership and climate advocacy. He serves as the Welfare Chairperson of the Green Africa Youth Organization (GAYO) TTU Chapter. He is a proud participant of the Mastercard Foundation’s HAPPY Program and a member of the Youth Leadership Parliament under the International Youth Network for UN Security Council Resolution 2250. Isaac’s work reflects a deep commitment to building climate-resilient food systems and empowering young people to take leadership roles in sustainability.
Financial Manager
Isaac Agyapong serves as the Financial Manager of Extech Agricultural Services, where he plays a crucial role in ensuring the financial sustainability and growth of the company. With a strong background in financial management, accounting, and agribusiness economics, he oversees financial planning, budgeting, and investment strategies to optimize resources and drive profitability.
As an expert in financial data analytics, Isaac utilizes tools such as Power BI, Microsoft Excel, and Cash Book software to track expenditures, forecast revenue, and maintain transparent financial records. His expertise in cost control and risk management ensures that Extech Agricultural Services operates efficiently while maintaining its commitment to sustainability and organic farming.
Beyond financial planning, Isaac works closely with the management team to develop strategic business models that align with the company’s mission of promoting organic agriculture and smart farming solutions. Agrochemicals Production Manager
Emmanuel Aqua – Agrochemicals Production Manager, Extech Agricultural Services
Emmanuel Aqua is the Agrochemicals Production Manager at Extech Agricultural Services, where he leads the development and production of organic weedicides and other eco-friendly agricultural inputs. With a strong background in agrochemistry and sustainable farming practices, he ensures that all products meet high-quality standards while being environmentally safe.
Emmanuel plays a key role in research and innovation, focusing on the formulation of organic alternatives to synthetic agrochemicals.
